Terms and Conditions
By sending your items to Cash 4 Your Gold USA, Inc. (“C4YG”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are binding for all customers.

Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the gold, jewelry, or other items they send to C4YG. Transactions must be conducted on an individual basis and not on behalf of others. C4YG reserves the right to request documentation to verify compliance.

Liability and Insurance
C4YG guarantees against loss only for packages properly shipped following our guidelines. However, we are not responsible for empty packages or missing contents, as we cannot verify tampering before shipment. Our insurance only covers packages that have been scanned into the FedEx system and lost in transit. C4YG may reject and return any package that appears damaged or tampered with, assuming no liability for such instances.

Insurance Requirements
To file a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and value, such as an original receipt. Packages must be dropped off at a staffed FedEx location or picked up by FedEx. C4YG is not responsible for shipments left in drop boxes or packed in non-FedEx packaging.

For items valued over $5,000, we recommend double-boxing shipments for security. Customers should not disclose package contents to FedEx employees. If your items exceed $5,000 in value, contact customer support for increased insurance coverage. Listing item details on the Customer Information Card is advised.

Limitation of Liability
C4YG’s liability is limited to the lowest of the following:

  • The liquidation value is determined by C4YG.

  • One-third of an official appraisal issued before shipment.

  • A maximum of $5,000.

If no prior appraisal exists, C4YG’s valuation is final. C4YG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By sending items, you accept these liability limitations.

Offers and Payments
Customers may request a verbal or email offer once their items arrive at C4YG’s facility. If accepted, payment is issued within 24 hours.

Affiliates
C4YG works with affiliates who promote our services. While affiliates must follow our ethical advertising rules, C4YG is not responsible for their website content.

Gold Price Chart Disclaimer
Gold price data on C4YG’s website is sourced from third parties. We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not liable for reliance on this information.

Returns and Insurance
If an item is returned, C4YG will insure it for the amount originally offered. Additional insurance is available upon request if the customer agrees to pay for it. C4YG determines the return carrier and verification method.

Legal Terms
These terms are governed by New York State law. Any legal claims must be filed in New York within one year. C4YG will be reimbursed for costs incurred in defending lawsuits filed outside New York.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If unsatisfied with an offer, customers must reject it within 72 hours via Cash for Gold Online – Sell Gold & Jewelry in 24hrs | Cash 4 Your Gold USA . Items will then be returned free of charge with insurance for the offered amount.

Bonus Offers and Price Match

  • Bonus offers exclude bullion, coins, bars, diamonds, or special phone pricing.

  • We match competitor offers (up to 90% of the market value) if written proof is provided before we make an offer.

Offer Acceptance Timeline
Customers must accept or reject offers within 72 hours. If no response is received, C4YG will issue a check for the offered amount. Items will be held for up to 30 days or until the check is cashed, whichever comes first.

Claims Process
To file a claim, customers must immediately request a claim form and submit it with supporting documentation. Claims missing proof of shipment will be denied. Claims take up to 30 days to process after submission.
